The Base has a sound land and water transport network. It is closed to the exit of Expressway A6 and has only 5 minutes' drive to the exits of Xin-Feng-Jin (A4), Jia-Jin (A5), Ting-Feng (A7) and other expressways, with Song-Jin, Song-Wei, Lang-Cao and Lv-Zhu Highways passing through. It has only 23 km to Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge. With 500 tonnage traffic capacity, Zhangjing River is a golden line for water transport.

The traffic network composed of four lengthwise and three transverse roads has been built in the Base, including one landscape backbone road with planned overall length of 5 km and width of 35 m.
