国家火炬计划上海张堰新材料深加工产业基地，前身上海有色高科技工业园区，基地规划面积10.44平方公里，完成了首期3平方公里的基础设施建设，2006年完成行政管理中心、生活配套区及第二期2平方公里的基础设施建设。 基地内已有日本三菱公司、德国西门子公司、法国阿尔斯通公司、瑞士AMG电气制造公司、上海有色金属集团公司、上海电气集团等国内外知名企业集团投资落户。

Shanghai Zhangyan New Material Intensive Processing Industry Base under the State Torch Program, the predecessor of Shanghai Non-Ferrous High-Tech Industry Park with planned area of 10.44 sq. km., has finished 3 sq. km. infrastructure in the first phase and will complete the administration center, auxiliary facilities for the living area and 2 sq. km. infrastructure for the second phase by 2006. Famous companies at home and abroad such as Mitsubishi Japan, Siemens Germany, Alstom France, AMG Switzerland, Shanghai Nonferrous Metals and Shanghai Electric have invested and settled in the Base.
